Terms of Service

Updated as of February 12, 2026. ToS is subject to change.By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.GENERAL+ Client must be 18+.
+ I reserve the right to decline a commission request without explanation.
+ I reserve the right to use the commission for portfolio or promotional means.
+ Client should credit my work in their twitter bio and/or a permanent readable place on their streaming platform.
+ Use of my work through AI, and on any NFT related activities is prohibited.✦•······················•✦•······················•✦TIMELINES AND DEADLINES+ Commissions will require a 6 to 12 week timeline to finish. This timeline only starts when I begin a client's commission. Inform me if the client has a specific deadline to meet.
+ Commissions that requires a deadline of less than 6 weeks will have an additional cost that will be discussed with the client.
+ I may request an extension when I cannot meet the said timeline due to delays.COMMISSION PROCESS+ Commission application is taken via Google Forms. After reviewing applications, applicants that were accepted are contacted. Applications will close once slots are full.
+ Client will confirm final quote and will be granted a slot.
+ Once I'm ready to begin the commission, the client will be sent an invoice via Paypal.
+ After invoice has been paid, work on the commission starts.
+ Client will receive updates throughout the process. It may be in pictures, video, or a test version of the model.
+ During the sketching art phase, client is expected to give complete and honest feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
+ Revisions that requires to alter big parts of the model AFTER the sketching phase will have an additional fee that will be discussed with the client.
+ Once the model is complete, a .zip file containing the model runtime file will be sent to the client via Google Drive. For art only commissions, the model PDF will be sent instead.
+ Any bugs found or small adjustments in the rigging wanted by the client will be fixed in an updated .zip file that will be sent to the client.
+ Big model updates after delivery will be scheduled at another time. Current queue will be prioritized.✦•······················•✦•······················•✦PAYMENT+ All prices are in USD.
+ Payments are to be made through Paypal invoice only.
+ I require either 50% or 100% payment upfront to begin working on a commission. Other half must be paid before or on completion. Model files will only be released once fully paid.REFUNDSRefunds can be issued when:
+ Commission cannot be completed further due to emergencies.
+ Client cancels before work has been done.
+ The commission has been terminated by me.
+ Work has not been delivered within the timeline and client has declined for a deadline extension.For rigging commissions, client will be refunded:
+ 50% of quote if face tracking parameters, head XYZ, and body XYZ are done.
+ 80% of quote if only face tracking parameters are done.
+ 100% of quote if work has not been done.For art commissions, client will be refunded:
+ 0% of quote if art is finished and ready to proceed in rigging.
+ 50% of quote if art is in cleaning and cutting phase.
+ 80% of quote if art is in sketch phase.
+ 100% of quote if work has not been done.Refunds CANNOT be issued when:
+ Commission has been finished and client has received the files.
+ Client wants to cancel after progress has been made.
+ Client has been dishonest about their feedback and satisfaction throughout the process.✦•······················•✦•······················•✦PRIVACY
+ The client and I shall keep all personal or commission-related information confidential. This includes but is not limited to contact information, account names, and other personal details.
